BIO

A life-long Livingston resident, Bobby is the youngest of 4 children. He graduated from Livingston High School and began a 26-year career in the private and public corrections industry where he served in various roles, including Warden and Deputy Warden.

 

After graduating from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law) in 1999, Bobby continued working in corrections until beginning the practice of law in 2013.

 

Bobby is a member the Livingston Lions Club, an avid hunter, and has two children and three grandchildren.

Dustin is a 2001 graduate of Livingston High School who returned after completing college and law school to practice in Polk County.

 

In recent years, he has become active in several non-profit organizations. 

An avid fishermen and hunter, Dustin often donates trips to local charity auctions and raffles, when he’s not out on his own.
